Custom-mould longboard
Your own outline and mould · printed grip and base graphic · three-view approval before we press
Seven plies, two crossbands, and a concave that doesn't flatten out after a month of street skating. The shapes below are what we press most; every dimension can be adjusted for a run.

Your own outline and mould · printed grip and base graphic · three-view approval before we press

Kicked nose and tail · stained veneer or full-bleed print · drilled, sealed and finished

Length, thickness and graphic set per order · every deck measured against the drawing, side view included

Wide fish outline · printed base · wall-mount bolts optional, so it can hang as well as ride
Every row is a shape we can press this month. Length and width are flexible; concave and kick come from the mould, so they stay inside the ranges listed.

Width is measured across the middle of the deck; length is tip to tip, before the truck holes are drilled.
Seven maple plies, two crossbands at ±90°, water-based glue. The stack cures in the press for 24 hours, so the concave holds its shape.
Send a file at 300 dpi with 40 mm bleed. We'll put it on one deck or two hundred, and send a photo of the first one off the line.
Deck price depends on how many you take and how it is printed. Tell us the shape, the quantity and the finish, and we quote against that.
