The shop
One building, four rooms, a small crew. Blanks, samples and full runs come off the same benches — nothing gets handed to a second factory two provinces away.

Inside the rooms
Press room, blank racks, and the crew that runs both.

On paper as well as on the floor
Awards held by the factory that builds these boards, issued by Anqing and Anhui authorities.
Long before a buyer asks, the paperwork exists: a credit rating, a labour-compliance recognition, a smart-factory designation and a financial-trustworthiness listing. Send us a request and we pass copies on with the quotation.

How a run gets made
Four stages, one roof. A run of twenty takes the same route as a run of eight hundred.
Press and cure
Seven plies get glued crossbanded and go into the press for 24 hours. The concave is in the blank before anyone touches it with a tool.
Shape and glass
Deck edges are squared, sealed and drilled. Foam is templated, planed and sanded to the stringer line, then glassed and left to cure.
Print and finish
Heat transfer or screen print on decks. Sand, gloss and polish on boards, with fin plugs set before anything is packed.
Check and pack
Every unit gets weighed, flexed and compared against the ticket. Then a photo of the batch goes to you before it ships.
From your drawing to the container
Six steps. Each one ends with something you can look at before the next one starts.
Send the file

Confirm the spec
