Questions we get weekly

Can I get one sample before committing to a run?

Yes. Samples are built to your dims and artwork, usually in 7–10 days for decks and 10–14 for boards. If the sample works, the tooling carries straight over to production.

Do you print our graphics, or do we supply our own decks?

Both. We can press and print from a blank, or sell raw undrilled blanks to printers who handle their own graphics. Say which side of the line you want to work on.

What should the artwork file look like?

AI, PDF or PSD at 300 dpi at final size, with 40 mm of bleed around the deck outline. Layers kept separate help, but a flat file works if the colours are set.

Can you ship to our warehouse, not just the port?

EXW from our workshop and FOB are both standard; the port is agreed per order. Door-to-door is arranged case by case through a forwarder we have used before — tell us the city and we will price it.
