One workshop, two ways to ride
Concrete
or salt.
Skate decks and surfboards pressed and shaped in the same building. We build for riders, and for shops that want their own name on the board.
- 017-ply maple decks, 7.75 to 8.5
- 02EPS–epoxy and PU–polyester boards
- 03Blank stock or full custom graphics

Decks that survive a month of curbs
Popsicles from 7.75 to 8.5, shaped concave, heat-transfer or screen-printed. Raw blanks if you print them yourself.

Shaped to the wave you actually ride
Logs, funboards, SUPs and skimboards. Dims we cut and check, never copied off a catalogue page.
Two materials, one set of habits.
Maple spends a day in the press. Foam gets templated, planed and sanded by hand. Neither leaves the bench until the edges are clean and the dims match the ticket.
Pressed, not planed
Seven plies, two crossbands, water-based glue, 24 hours under pressure.
Finished at the bench
Edges squared and sealed. Foam sanded to the stringer line, gloss checked under a lamp.
Checked by the batch
Flex, weight, print registration and dims against the ticket, unit by unit.

This is the shop the boards come out of.
One building: a deck press, a shaping bay, a glassing room and a paint booth. The people who build your sample are the people who build your run.
- 01Deck press, 90 tonnes
- 02Two shaping benches, hand-finished
- 03One sample first, then a pallet or a container
